Question..about back pain in pregnancy

I am about 6 weeks now. And I am having horrible back pain. I know I can take acetominophen, but is there anything else you have done that helps with the back pain?

Question about Sciatica and pain.

I have sciatica down my left side and it hurts like hell!!!
I need some remedies for it that does not mean taking prescription drugs if possible. Any other ideas?

When I wake up I have an achey, sore (central to lower) back. After getting up, 10 minutes later my back is fine for the rest of the day. I assume it is from my mattress because I have slept elsewhere without problems.
