Everyone in the back pain field is talking about how important diet is to pain relief. However, there isn’t a hint of research supporting a magic pill for back pain. Anyone who says otherwise is trying to take your money.

Back Pain Scam #3: “New Gadget Abolishes Back Pain!”

Any gadget or device for back pain has a few major issues with it. Number one, the price is usually mind boggling-many run into the tens of thousands!

The gadgets are the same gimmick as the “instant” pain relief club: once you step off of your gadget, the pain comes right back. This is because they only treat the symptoms and not the cause.

99% of back pain “experts” out there can’t find a single research study supporting their claims. I know research isn’t the end all be all (real life results are), but testimonials are oftentimes phony or exaggerated.

If there is a better example of a pure symptom treatment, I’ve yet to see it! Gunk in a tube may relieve your acute pain for a little while, but once it wears off, you’re sure to be in pain again!

Now, if you’re in horrible pain, there’s nothing wrong with using symptom treatments to relieve the pain. The problem is, these shysters make it sound like you can actually get some sort of permanent relief from it.

The simple truth is, if you rely on symptom treatments, you’ll always have pain. In order to get real, permanent relief from back pain you must go after the source of your pain.
