Back Ache and Pain When Pregnant and Lying Down
Question about back pain when pregnant and lying down.
I’m 25 weeks and 1 day pregnant and for the most part have laid on my back or side.
When I lay on my back, the small of my back tends to hurt. Sometimes I try to stuff a small pillow in that area, but that doesn’t seem to help.
I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions they could give me.
Thank you!

If your on a spring matress get a nice fluffy matress cover, that will help with pressure points a little bit. If you have the money to get a memory foam cover then get one of those!!!
Yes it does to some people.
Lay on your side and put a pillow between your knees and see if that helps, it did for me.
It doesnt hurt the baby, it causes pain to you (well for most). As long as you are comfortable you can lay on your back in bed. I try to prop myself up to keep some pressure off. When baby gets bigger it could get more painful for you.
