It is a mental thing.
Because marijuana is bad for you, so try to stop, and then the pain’ll go away.
well your muscles usually relax after smoking, so maybe your muscles there are just really tense and its weird when they actually relax
Or you could just stop smoking? It’s better for you overall…
It’s probably something with your muscles. Try stretching or something.
probly hurts your back but don’t remember
maybe u smoke it from wrong hole…lol
Umm, maybe its a sign you should stop. Unless its for medical canibus…even then, it should be curing you not hurting you.
It is probably cancer…………..
its one of two reason this happens you either smoking good bud and its so good you coughing really hard.
or you just so high cuz you just a newcomer to bud and you just seem to tighten up you muscles but all need to do when this happen drink some kool-aid and you a be straight
its a drug, your body already produce drugs and by smoking marijuana you are killing the factory in your body that makes drugs and you replace the good ones in your body with marijuana. and by smoking drugs your body will not be able to make drugs so you better stop, if you smoke alot you better not to stop all at once, try to smoke less and less so you dont get that gay headache and crazy pain, or you can do that in special hospital idk what its called
about it you can find information from the following website

I hope you get a good answer to this.
I don’t know but maybe THC somehow displaces endorphins at pain receptor sites and or displaces some thing that has to do with chemical levels in the brain that in turn decreases endorphin production or affect dopamine and serontonin levels. Or impedes some thing that in turn gives you real pain.
This does happen to some people, there must be a medical explanation for it.
It did this to me too. I stopped smoking it. It has been over 9 years now.
Believe it or not – it actually sounds like an allergic reaction. Check with a professional that you trust be it a doctor or a drug and alcohol counselor. Also, you can call an INFO line or an allergist. I know a woman that was allergic to marijuana in her body and it did not show up as symptoms like sneezing, coughing, wheezing, etc. Good idea to check – if for no other reasons, make sure you are not messing up your kidneys or something serious like that.
Good Luck!
OMG I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE! I am sitting here at my desk dying from lower back pain. Ya- isn’t marijuana supposed to be a pain KILLER? this royally sucks. I wonder if it happens to people who normally have back pain, like me. I suffer from back pain. But its wierd when my back goes out, i smoke to ease the pain. but when my back is not hurting, smoking will bring the pain on. and its always in the spot where i get most pain, the lower left side.
HERE’S MY THEORY
Maybe we are so relaxed that we are slouched in a certain way for the entirety of the high, so that when we get back to normal that is why we feel cramped????
WEll i sure hope we find out why. I should ask somebody at the Farmacy if they know.
