Back Pain For About Three Years

Question..14 and back pain for about three years..

I am fourteen years old, and have had back pain for about three years, it comes and goes. My family practice doctor sent me to have X-Rays and MRI’s and I have even gone to a back surgery doctor, and they cant find nothing.

I have gone to physical therapy and everything, it started with lower back, now is in my shoulders and goes done.

It is throbbing, pain, that stays there. What could be wrong? Should my family take me to an out of town doctor? They keep saying "Muscle Spasms" but this much?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book if you suffer from any kind of chronic pain. Even if your doctor has pronounced judgement that he/she knows what’s causing things, try this book. As the author says, trigger point therapy should be the first course of treatment: it’s easy and cheap.

Get a another doctor or another doctor’s opinion.

We cannot diagnose this type of problem on yahoo answers. Only a qualified doctor can.

have you tried the possibility of alternative medisine. eith acupuncutre or going to visit a chiropractor.

i would reccomend a chiropractor as they ajust the spine not any drugs or surgery and can help the pain. i similar but not as bad, had back pain from a young age and last year visited a chiropractor, the effects worked for me so maybe they could work for you too.

you need to be taken to the doctor to get diagnosis. so that you will be able to get proper treatment. you can use some pain relief tips to alleviate the pain like yoga and rest for this can help tightened muscles and stressed muscles to relax. try also cold and hot packs to reduce inflammation and pain. use topical pain treatments also to get rid of pain. visit http://www.reliefmd.com for more tips on how to manage pain.
