Back Pain From Large Breasts and A Soft Mattress?
Question..Does a mattress have any effect on back pain from large breasts?
I have large breasts (34E), but I’ve never had any back pain from them.
At home I sleep on a firm mattress, but when I go home to visit my family or stay in hotels I have to sleep on softer mattresses and I always wake up with my back hurting.
I’m not fat, I just have big boobs.
Could the back pain be from my breasts, or is there another reason?
I doubt if your breasts have anything to do with it. Most likely your back requires a firm mattress to be pain free. When you stay with your family ask them to put a piece of plywood between the mattresses. That will add firmness and help avoid the pain. When you stay at hotels ask for a firm mattress.

It’s not your boobs, it’s the too soft mattress. It’s like the old water beds, they didn’t give enough back support, so you tended to get a sore back.
