Chiropractic – ask around and find a good chiropractor – they can help you get your body back in line and work with you to keep it that way. Chiropractors specialize in spinal health without surgery or drugs.

Try not to use otc drugs on a daily basis – they’re less effective when you use them too often and they can harm you in the long run.

Yoga and pilates are both good for lengthening and strengthening – swimming is excellent and won’t bounce you around.

My grandmother suffered with this for years – I remember helping her pad her bra straps and seeing the permanent dents in her shoulders. Some people don’t understand how this can be truly painful and debilitating. I wish you the best.

the best thing is a good support bra. You can do exercises for your back to strengthen it. Push ups work to.

You have to get a breats reduction. It’s the only way.

Tylenol would be my suggestion for the OTC medicine, other then that I don’t have any advice, sorry your going through this.

I have a similar problem. I make sure i have a bra that gives the best support it possibly can. I also make it a minimiser. I do yoga as i find it limbers up the muscles that tighten through strain and tension. It helps and it is far better than taking aspirin or ibuprofen products that eat away the stomach lining. The side effects of having them often far outweigh the benefits of the anti inflammatory component. Pilate’s is also good (but really hard! lol) as it strengthens your "core" so therefore isolating the back muscles etc and consequently strengthening your posture. Remember to stretch after long periods at the comp. or sitting and sit with focus upon your posture. Hope that helps a bit??? Good luck. I don’t get why women would actually want breast enhancements….!

Have your partner walk around behind you with their arms under yours, holding them and taking all that weight off of your back. :)
Sorry. That was bad but the visual just poped into my head… boing boing boing.
    OK Thumbs down for me….

Try exercises like push-ups. Maybe losing weight will help. But if you’re already a slim and healthy girl, just stick to regular exercises. Don’t take Tylenol, it’s bad for your stomach. Ibuprofen is safe.

If the exercises don’t help, you might need breast reduction.

Honey you don’t need a breast reduction. You hold on to the beauty your mom gave you. You most likely just need some core work. That’s your abs and lower back. A lot of men and women alike have back pain due to lack of conditioning of these areas. I would recommend heading down to Walmart or whatever you have where you are and getting a video with something low impact like Palates or Yoga and making it a part of your daily routine. Either one has lots of good stretches and they also strengthen your core. You will loose the back pain, gain better posture and flexibility along with a tighter body all around. If you’d like a couple of ab and lower back exercises til you can pick one up drop me an email. Good Luck hun, Stay beautiful.
