Backache caused by PMS

Question..What is the best way to soothe a backache caused by PMS?

Perhaps there are some remedies I haven’t heard of yet?
No medicine please.

    Hey Whitneymochi,

I have had problems with back ache. The thing that helped me the most was light exercise. Maintaining the strength in your back muscles allows your back to support itself better.

Also, the role your mattress plays is key.

If your backache is associated with PMS, I would suggest hot baths, hot water bottles, back support such as that mentioned above and rest. Ginger tea allegedly has anti-inflammatory properties, so cups of ginger tea may help to reduce stress in your back muscles.

I would also suggest plenty of good chocolate, marijuana and sex.

    You’re welcome!

It always helps me to put something hot/warm on my back. Take a hot bath, curl up in bed and put a blow dryer under the blanket (with the end sticking out) ..i know it sounds funny but its soo nice… or if you have one of those beanie things that you heat in the microwave. For some reason tea makes me feel a little better too. Hope this works somewhat for ya.. good luck :)

    I agree with Albert :)
Also laying down with legs elevated sometimes helps me.

Nice warm not hot bath then have a hot chocolate, and lay down on a hot water bottle placing the hot water bottle where the pain/ache is
