Backache Using The Two Handed Kettlebell
Why does the two handed kettlebell swing always give me backache?
I’d like to be able to do this exercise as it works everything. However trying various methods with safe lifting in mind I can’t get away without an aching back afterwards. I’m doing the standard standing, legs apart swinging the kettlebell from between legs up to shoulder height, keeping back straight, arched slightly up. Should I discontinue?

are you tightening the core?
Sometimes dieting and exercise just is not the be-all and end-all, as there can be additional weight just lying around in your colon. It’s not body fat, so it cannot be burned off, however it can be rinsed out, just by having a supplement. http://savoly.foodplanonline.info has a risk free offer available at the moment, I gave it a try and lost 17 pounds!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!
Sounds like a weakness in the core muscles. Search up some core muscle excercises and see if this gives you some strength back. I would discontinue for a week give yourself some time to heal, and try and strengthen up that back, or you could damage your spine like i did.
If your doing the exercise properly it could just be because you have weak muscles there. I would only do this exercise say twice a week and gently buid it up. Build up more reps than weight as this will help without hurting too much. Also put yourself in a press up position but instead of using your hands lean on your forearms as if you were reading a book. tense your muscles and hold for 20 second intervals if you can. This will strengthen up your core which will definetly help. Dont forget always stretch aswell. Thats a big must. Hope this helps.
