There are natural ways to get rid of Back Pain.
In my earlier years I got injured in my back after playing ball, and never acually recovered since it happened . And this alone had a great infect on my life and work for over 20 years. Not much could be done, I tried to live with the constant pain in my back. After my studies and readings on the Internet and hearing testimonials from many people using Therapy related to acupuncture for lower back pain I decided to try it out.

When you are at home or can take a break, sit on an exercise ball. It takes the pressure off and relieves the pain. You should also try to walk and stretch at least once an hour, even if it's only for a few minutes. Putting your feet up can also help, even setting them on a foot stool under your desk.

I am 31 weeks, too! Exact same problem, but I'm at home. The only thing that will really help is birth. But, those back braces are supposed to help as well as a heating pad. Might thinking of starting half-days, too. Talk to your employer. They should be understanding.

Tylenol is the only pain reliever that is safe for pregnant women.
Get a massage by a licensed masseuse. I had one when I was pregnant and it did wonders!

Do pelvic tilts. Get on all fours (at home obviously..unless you want to do it at work..lol) and arch your back like a cat. Also, you can rotate your hips around in a circle and back and forth. Also, I've heard that just staying still on all fours helps as well as the balance ball. Good luck!!
