Talk to your doctor about it, I am 14 weeks and am having the same problem (I am scared of how I will be when I actually start showing) My doctor said it is safe to take over the counter panadine (paracetamol and codine) as long as you only take it when you can bear the pain no more. He told me if I get worse he will prescribe me a stronger dose (panadine forte) Since you are further along then me perhaps your doc will prescribe this painkiller for you it is quite safe for your baby, and I know plenty of women who have taken it in pregnancy. My doctor said the pain and stress I am suffering out ways the potential risks of taking the painkiller (although the risks are very low anyway) I hope it gets better for you!
I have the same problem and have since the first 4 weeks or so (I’m 15 weeks now)I take Tylenol sometimes,it takes the edge off,I try stretch a few times, that helps a little, but usually I just grin and bear it.My doctor says it is the sciatic nerve..I am worried like you about later in pregnancy how it is going to be if it is this bad now.I guess it just comes with bringing a life into the world
