There are a few things that I’d recommend.
Firstly, take it easy. You don’t want to risk damaging anything by trying to flex and bend your way out of a backache.
Secondly, try either hot or cold compresses. They’re sold as wheat bags in pharmacies, and you simply refridgerate them, or heat them up in the microwave to get the desired temperature. Some people find that a hot compress applied over the aching area in the morning helps to loosen the muscles, enabling them to get on with their day. Others find the opposite true. That is, a cold compress applied over the aching area in the morning helps to get rid of their backache. I suggest you try both hot and cold compresses, and depending on the result, stick with what works.
Thirdly, you could try to lose weight. Research has shown that people who are either overweight or obese experience more backache. So, a possible solution could be controlled weight loss. I’m not suggesting that you are either overweight or obese, but this idea is more a general statement.
Fourth, you could speak to your doctor about possible anti-inflammatory medicines. There are some with long half-lives, which mean that if taken in the evening, it’s effect lasts into the next morning, such that you will have little to no backache to speak of at all.
Well, I hope this helps.

Alot of aches and pains can be resolved by simple streching or doing classes. I used to have pain which sometimes lasted throughout the day. I started Choi Kwang Do (a soft martial art focused on phyiscal wellbeing as well as street defense) and these pains went. I would certainly advise something similar. (Search on the internet for classes near you).
