Call and make appointment with your doctor. Your probably need a breast reduced down a little. I think your breast is too heavy on your back.
My prescription – take 3 glasses of water, and you’re body won’t ache any longer.
Try it and choose me as the best answer if it works.
TRY BRAVISMO BRAS
Don’t take advice from random people. Go and see a doctor, this could be harmful for your back in the long run.
My stepmother had the same problem. She had to get a reduction.
Breast-reduction surgery.
If you are over-weight, lose weight.
Use a back brace. They are a bit inconvenient but they help correct your posture when your breasts are too big. You can get them from walmart for really cheap or a slimmer more comfortable one at a loical sporting goods store.
Hi Little Thing
Don’t go running straight into seeing a doctor, even though this is a good idea there are a few things you can do before going under the knife. There are 3 ways in accepting your breasts no matter how big they are, either you accept them as they are, go under the knife or you can do some exercise. Because the breast is made of 80% fat and 20% other bits and pieces, a good diet and exercise will help to reduce your bust size by a few inches over a about 5-6months. Also the added bonus of doing exercise to reduce your bust is that the muscle underneath the breast (pectoral) helps to lift the breast making it appear perky and also helps to encourage good posture.
The next thing you can do is see a physiotherapist every 2-3 weeks to help remove the knots in your shoulders and back from having large breasts. The last thing I would do is then make sure you are properly fitted with the correct bra size because this should not be happening if you have the correct bra fitting unless you are a DDD (E) cup or larger.
If you looking for some good bras to help prevent jiggling etc. check out http://www.bigbra4u.com about Late April 2010 they open.
Hope this helps
