BUT JUST FOR TODAY SWITCH  WEIGHT LOAD AROUND,ONE FOOT TO OTHER,BOTH.GO TO THE BATHROOM MORE THAN USUAL IF YOU CAN AND TAKE A LOAD OFF THE FEET FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES.ALSO I LIKE TO TAP MY FOOT WHEN I AM STANDING FOR AWHILE....HELPS WITH PAIN A LITTLE.FOR THE LONG TERM....SHOES ARE VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!! GET A PAIR THAT FITS CORRECTLY, GOOD INSOLES, AND RUBBER OUTER SOLES.YOU PROBABLY NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT TOO.MAYBE PAYING ATTENTION TO POSTURE AND MUSCLE STRENGTHENING.I AM ALSO HAVING(LOWER )BACK PAIN... IT IS DUE TO WEIGHT GAIN, AND NOT ENOUGH EXERCISE</description>

		<description>try a different pair of shoes  I recommend trying the brand mtb  they are shoes that force you to use good posture.  if you decide to get them bring another pair of shoes with you for the first few days as it does take some getting used to.  But in the end it is well worth the $$$</description>
