Yes, I too have been suffering through the same situation. I have two pillows that I position behind my back. Also, putting your feet up is great. A desk will usually hide a crate or a box if you place it under the desk and also, I take my shoes off while sitting at my desk. Other than those things, you can take Tylenol, no more than the dose that it says on teh bottle though- to ease the pain.

At night, lay on your side and put a pillow between your legs, this helps tremendously.

I would get a lumbar pillow. It will go behind your back and help add support. I'm not pregnant but I have chronic back problems and I use one. I also use a special heating pad (it has a rice like substance in it and you microwave it to make it hot)...it works better than a regular heating pad.

I'm in the same boat as you. I also have what I call "wardens" that watch me when I get up to stretch my legs and relieve my back so, I have to limit how many times I get up. The only other suggestion I have for you that isn't already listed is to get chair coushions if you can't get a better chair. This really has helped my back and butt. I still suffer from soreness but at least it doesn't last all day long!
