Something that can help relieve the pain and is beneficial to you and your baby in general is breathing some herbs like lavender oil, the anti-oxidants promote blood flow and cleansing.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and i have been experiencing some back pain for about the last 3 weeks.

It does seem a little early for your pain to be because of the baby as it is tiny at 7 weeks but everyone is different.

I find that sitting at a desk all day at work aggravates mine and in the morning when i get up it hurts as well.

I suppose i havent really given you anything tangible here to help you other than to say - i am sore too and a problem shared is a problem halved.

Good luck and congrats

I'm having baby number 5 and my back has hurt from the beginning,
I'm now 20weeks and the pains still there, i asked my midwife whats causing it and she thinks the baby is very low down and is pressing on my nerves so all i can hope is that the baby decides to move up a bit which is not guaranteed to happen .
i dont think its to early for you to be having back pain lots of women get it early

I didn't have backpains until I went into labour and I gained some 55 pounds approx. with the first one and the second one. But with the third one, I had backpains as soon as she moved, she was laying on my sciatica nerve and for 4 months I coudn't turn in bed nor sleep properly. I needed to get out of bed and then get back in the position I wanted to sleep in. However i had lost 19 pounds in the first two months because I had no appetite and thenI gained about 45 pounds.
Hey Girl good luck and good health.
