I get that sometimes. It's a work posture problem for me. I correct it by stretching out my lower back and doing ABS.

There is this one exercise you can do.. it works your gluts mostly I suppose ....... lay on your back .. knees bent... thrust your hips up so you are resting on your feet and trapezius (back) and keep your hips raised for as long as you can (it will take some time for fatigue to set in so be watching the footy on TV). Repeat every day. You will improve your thrust and fix your back problems at the same time. Go figure..... never thought you'd get two for one did you?

Yeah ginger tea for back pain. LOL. Probably just a little overuse of certain muscles. Try different positions.See if one is better that the other. I wouldn't worry about it. If it was a problem, it wouldn't go away.

As we grow older our muscles start to weaken unless we keep exercising them, especially if we have a desk job.

For us men we rely a lot on our lower back muscles for our sexual activities. With the pleasure that we would be getting, we tend to override any lower back pain while we are having sex. Hence, we could be straining our lower back muscles to the point where it could become a chronic pain.

My advise to you is to check with your doctor to make sure that the pain you are experiencing is nothing serious. Then you should start strengthening your lower back muscles through regular exercising, e.g., walking, swimming, etc. You could also ask your doctor for any other exercises you could do to strengthen your back in general.

Good Luck!
