Lower back pain and dull ache on my sides
I have a lower back pain and dull ache on my sides and around to the front
Can anyone help me? I have alot of pain – well dull ache in my lower back, It could be my bed, but I am now sure i have had it for a long time now. Also I have alot of pains and dull aches down my sides and I am worried that something is wrong with me. Sometimes if affects the tops of my legs. It does not hurt to walk, its now starting to move arouund to the front area also. I always have a feeling of being generally unwell.

Quite possibly a urinary tract infection. Time to call the doctor.
I have a similar pain. Are you constantly spitting? I feel horrible as well. Good luck to us both!
I just read something about spleen enlargement. See a good doctor if possible.
This is in the lumbar region, and is very common in this country. It affects many thousands of people, lumbar pain, and can be excruciatingly bad. It could be down to a slipped disc God forbid.
But usually its down to the muscles in the lower back that cause this awful pain.
However, you need to go to your doctor to be checked out for sure just what is wrong with your lower back. And the pain will travel around not unusual for this. You will get some pain tablets,
and a physical check up, and some answers.

here’s a link where you can check your symptoms http:// symptoms.webmd.com/
You have too many pains to give a reasonably accurate diagnosis here. And, do you work in a rock quarry or sit all day, participate in strenuous sports or have you been out in the woods (ticks), over imbibing certain foods or alternative meds. A better history would help a lot. If a comprehensive vitamin-mineral pill a day and Tylenol don’t help by all means see your MD.
if you have problems like that isuggest you go to gp about it straight away, it could be your kidneys.
It’s possible there is something seriously wrong. Best to go see a Doctor and get it figured out.
It’s also possible that it’s just a dull and chronic pain caused by prolonged sitting in an improper chair. The average american sits in an office chair longer than they sleep in the bed, and yet so few people take what their sitting in seriously. With people spending more and more time in front of a computer, a proper chair is more important than ever. A chair that is just "uncomfortable" today will lead to chronic issues down the road.

Best of luck with your pain and I hope it’s something simple enough for a new chair to fix!
maybe it is because you sit for too time, something wrong with your disc.
