And, do you work in a rock quarry or sit all day, participate in strenuous sports or have you been out in the woods (ticks), over imbibing certain foods or alternative meds. A better history would help a lot. If a comprehensive vitamin-mineral pill a day and Tylenol don't help by all means see your MD. You have too many pains to give a reasonably accurate diagnosis here.
