Muscle Strain in Back Causing Breathing Pain
Can you get pain while breathing from a muscle strain in the back?
I’m actually not sure if I have a muscle strain or not. A few days ago I had a baseball practice where I was basically throwing a ball for the first time in a while. The next day, my muscles ached. Now, a few days later, most of those aches are gone, except one in my back. Now with this back pain I have trouble moving and breathing in deeply. Can anyone help me and tell me if they think I have a muscle strain, and If I do could it cause pain when breathing?
By the way, the breathing pain is in my back

yes you problably can it is very possible.
Yes, and it is probably from a misalignment in your ribs, it happens to me sometimes. Either massage, or a treatment from a chiropractor will relieve it, but you can use some ice or heat in the meantime and ibuprofen helps me.
my friend had the same thing and it finally got so bad he couldn’t even work so he went to the er and they told him he had pneumonia it’s worth getting checked if the pain persists
Yes, but it could be you put your back out too. But pain when you are breathing,,,yes, it could be. Does it hurt your back? Or does it hurt in your lungs? If so, it could be something else too. Might want to see a dr.
Yes, you may be suffering from subluxation. If a part of your spine is misaligned, it can cause the nerves and your organs to be stressed; and also respitory & allergies.
Go see a chiropractor!
