		<description>it might have soemthing to do with your mitral valve problem or could be musculoskeletal, have you done anything where you may have exerted certain chest or neck muscles lately anything repetative even.  I would check with your doctor if you have a mitral valve problem.</description>

As I said, I&#039;m not a doctor.  I hesitate even to answer this question because I don&#039;t have much knowledge, but your situation is potentially urgent.  Please don&#039;t wait.</description>

If you have been feeling breathless over the past few weeks this could be due to the heart not pumping the blood fast enough around the body, the excess fluid could be building slowing in your lungs- dangerous. If the pain travels up to your jaw this is a classic symptom of a heart attack. Please get to your doctor immediately.</description>
