Just bring the meds that help you. You’ll have to go to class ne-wayz but afterwards just go lay down..
Just skip class, take a sick day and relax. Have a friend record lecture or force yourself to do the reading and go to office hours.
I feel your pain. I once had to leave class in tears when I was a freshmen in college because my back hurt so bad.
Heating pad before class. Get up early and walk around some before you head out to class this will help with the cramping. Advil and aleve are good for the pain. If you know your period is coming take them before you get the back pain. Midol has a muscle relaxant which may help some. If you aren’t on oral contraceptives consider getting some. They have helped many woman with painful periods by reducing the length of the period.
If OTC medication isn’t helping, ask a doctor for prescription medication. Using a heating pad (from another answer) sound good. You can also buy heatwraps that you can wear under your clothes.
I am not really sure I understand the whole question but I do see the words "backache" so if you do have back pain I suggest you look into what I tried and I am so grateful for.
I have taken prescribed medications for years and all they did was numb the pain and it usually made me want to sleep. I decided to research a natural alternative and I found Via. At first I was VERY skeptical but I was open minded enough to learn more and I am so gratful I did.
My back pain is now gone!!! I am sharing it with others so they can be free from pain like I am. If you want more info go to welovevia.com . If you want to read other people’s success stories then go to viabenefits.com
I hope you will try this and have your own success story. I am thankful for finding Via, because it gives me the freedom to enjoy life again and move around pain free.
I wish you the very best!
