I had that problem during my last pregnancy and found resting with my legs elevated about my hips helped as well as warm (not hot) baths and heat packs. Try doing gentle stretches and yoga, but be sure to have your doctors okay before participating in any exercise!

Groove child

I went to a physiotherapist one time with it. She just got me to lie down and lift my legs up and into positions so that they felt good and were stretched.

It might mean that one leg stretches laterally across another (which is held out straight and flat) and you feel a nice kind of stretch, in a place where there was pain.

Hold it in place for about say, 5 seconds. It really relieves it. But you need to find the correct position to stretch yourself. Not too hard though. I didn't need to go back after that.
