I have enormous sympathy for you. I had Sciatica some years ago and I can still remember how painful it was. If it is any consolation I did get over it in a relatively short time but I did employ the help of a chiropractor to do so. Before I saw him the pain was so bad that I couldn’t drive and when I left his surgery I could. The manipulation was fairly painless. The trick I used before I saw him was heat. it was the only thing which dulled the pain. I used hot water bottles and heat pads on my lower back and took Ibuprofen. I so hope these things work for you too and that you are better soon.

Well first things first- you need to get a proper diagnosis as it could be any number of things. If you want to chat briefly- email me your tel. and I’ll try to help you if I can with some advise- I am not a doc but I am very familiar with this subject.

For sciatica Colocynthis 200, a Homeopathy medicine is very effective.
One or two doses of 5 pills each dose will cure. Though it is a harmless medicine
please consult a Homeopathy Doctor and please do not try self medication.

Hello,
Sciatica is a set of symptoms usually causing pain in the buttocks and radiating down the lower limb. Imaging methods such as MR Neurography may help diagnosis and treatment of sciatica. You can take OTC pain killers like ibuprofen, do some stretching exercises and yoga and maintain a correct upright posture while sitting. Severe cases may require surgery.
I hope it helps. Take care and God bless.

OK – the big question is how far down your leg does the pain radiate.
If it radiates to your foot, you are probably dealing with a disc issue.
If it only radiates into the buttocks or to just above the knee, then you are probably dealing with a misalignment of your pelvis and/or lumbar spine.
I would recommend going to a chiropractor. Many times they are able to help sciatica that does not go all the way to the foot.
Click HERE For Your FREE Download The medical community still hasn't standardized the term for this common spinal condition. So if you have been told you have a herniated disc, a slipped disc, a prolapsed disc, a bulging disc, a ruptured disc, or even degenerative disc disease, it's essentially the same thing. The terminology depends on who you are asking!
