  Sciatica – any top tips for helping and does it go away?   I have found that by sleeping with pillow under my lower leg these pains have gone this weekend. Hip and Sciatica Pain Relief I am 7-1/2 months pregnant. When I try to relax, lie down, or sleep, I get extreme stabbing pains in my hips or my sciatic nerve.
