The trick to pinpointing where the pain is coming from starts by figuring out the difference between muscle pain, and nerve pain. Muscle pain will often be easily relieved my massage, rest, ice packs, heat or pain killers like Tylenol. Nerve pain is rarely relieved by any of these and usually requires a trip to a chiropractor or a doctor for X-rays and/or an adjustment.
If you’ve tried to relieve the pain and nothing seems to work, there’s a good chance your back is slightly out of alignment and is pinching a nerve somewhere. Call a chiropractor and schedule an appointment for an adjustment.
My uncle had those.
Man you need to ask a doctor ASAP.
Before things get worse.
My uncle’s case is that
his spinal bones had problem.
A piece of the spinal bone slide out
And had to be remove.
And Voila Pain is gone!
See your health care provider as soon as possible. Low back pain usually involves spasm of the large supportive muscles alongside the spine. Any injury to the back may produce such spasms. Pain-often severe-and stiffness result. The onset of pain may be immediate or may occur some hours after exertion or injury. Often the cause isn’t clear.
Heat applied to the affected area will provide some relief. You may take acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen.
If significant pain persists beyond a week, call the doctor. And good luck.
It could be anything, nerve problem, muscle problem, kidneys or a number of other things…It is impossible to answer your question without knowing what the actual problem is. Ask your Doctor for a referral for a CT or MRI scan.
The wrong type of treatment or exercises can do more damage than good and you need to have your back properly diagnosed prior to ANY treatment.
Again you do need to have a CT / MRI scan or such done before allowing ANYONE to touch your back.
Get a professional opinion from the radiologist doing the scan in his report to your doctor and then go from there.
