What could be causing my upper back pain?
Could any one advise me what could be causing my upper back pain?
For a little over a week I have been getting upper back pain along my spine in between my shoulders, and below my neck. Its gotten increasingly worse and made my muscles tense up. Sometimes it radiates into my neck or makes my arm get weak and numb. Ive also been getting headaches which make me extremely nauseous. For the past month or so I’ve lost a lot of weight without trying and haven’t been able to eat much because it makes me nauseous. Could the two problems be related?

If you are having pain and weakness in your arms you may have a disc pushing on a nerve in your neck. You need to see your doctor so he can examine you and possibly order an MRI of you cervical spine.
Good Luck

1st go to a doctor- ur back pain could be due to u not wearing the right bra for ur boobs size. the nausea could be flu. i had the same stuff wen i had flu which could also be causing the back pain. hope this helps x.x.x.x
from my experience with pinched nerves in my back I would say that this is causing your pain and arm weakness also headaches, the nausea could be related, because pain can cause nausea, it is also possible there is another problem. I get a lot of help from a chiropractor. also there is a book called" 7 steps to a pain free life"by Robin Mckenzie with craig kubey that is very helpful/ get from amazon.
